I know not all customer service agents are the same but today I was blessed. My agent was quick, kind and knowledgeable (which we all know is not the case sometimes). She helped me complete my task for the day quickly and without any drama. I would recommend her to anyone.

Tri Valley Optometry has used SBGA services for our credit card transactions for ten years. Recently our credit card reader was no longer working correctly. I called the service number for SBGA and Ms. Yasnile Diaz helped. She explained that our current equipment was outdated and no longer supported. Then she gave options to upgrade that were appropriate for our office. She also helped us set up the virtual credit card reader to help us in the interim. After signing paperwork, we are now waiting for the equipment to arrive. To date, I am satisfied with the service.

I had been given the runaround via phone and email for 3 days with Clover Capital, Fiserv, SBGA , without any answers in how to locate my finance charges on my paid off Clover Capital Advances. I called your company and Christian was my CS person once again. He wanted to clearly understand what I needed resolved and although he was not too familiar with Clover Capital advances, he said he will do his best to get me the answers. He called back within 30 min or so and sent me an email with the 3 contracts showing the purchase price and the funded amount. He himself said it was very difficult to get this information. I would rate the company overall like a 2 because it doesn't seem you can ever get clear instructions on the process, you talk to 300 people to get what you need and are passed from person to person. However, YASNILE D was AWESOME on the phone and answered several of my questions. She was quick and went to research the questions I had. She was amazing! I rate the company at a 4. Having a proactive account manager would be ideal, especially since it has been 9 years since we signed our original agreement. However, I rate Yasnile, D with 5. She was incredibly helpful, thorough, kind, and patient. The quick response to my questions was also really appreciated.

Our employees started all working remotely in 2021 and we no longer have an office headquarter. I worked with SBGA in June 2022 to update our address information as well as change the signer on the account to the owner of the company. After several emails and signed documents, SBGA failed to make the update. The entire process was repeated in March 2024 and once again SBGA failed to make the updated. Now, March 2025 we are going through the entire process again. It is extremely frustrating and time consuming and I don't understand what the problem is to make these changes permanent. We are strongly going to consider looking into different providers if the service continues this way.

I tried to access my dashboard at least 5 separate time and could not get past the verification process. Email and text messages were not delivered to me, I verified that the numbers on record were correct. Within the site itself I feel that there should be a better explanation of the services provided. I was trying to find out the differences between plans and could not find that information anywhere on the site.

Even though everyone has been courteous and polite, I have found this experience to be frustrating and inconvenient in the end. I was lured by the getting a cost break and a new POS station, but not onl did not all my clients not transfer over, but their sales history is stuck in the old MID account. You say that it is for security reasons but their contact info gets transferred which is more of a security breech than what they bought!!! Then, you are making it very difficult to show proof of my bank information when you have been dealing with it for YEARS!!! I was considering changing companies until you offered me this deal. Then this offer seemed seemed inviting. Now I am reconsidering changing companies, unless things can be fixed. I really don't want to be dealing with all of this on top of moving to a new location, which also is my original location which you seemed to have forgotten!!

To the Manager of Justin Yee. I wanted to leave a positive review for Justin. He is very good at his job. All the issues that have been occurring, he either already has a solution or is able to get me an answer. There are a lot of people I've worked with and Justin is tied for 1st. Make sure the company pays him well. There aren't a lot of people in the tech field that are friendly, knowledgeable, and follow up like he does. Justin, seriously, you have been great to work with. If you're ever in Oregon, stop by my sushi store and bingsu store. I'll hook you up. As for the products, there are a bunch of things that need to be fixed or upgraded. You can call me about those things.

Your Agent Frida was a lifesaver for me this evening. If I decide to stay with Clover it will be because of her professional kind compassionate way she handled my issues. I’ve called 10 times in the past two weeks talked to numerous agents in numerous departments. None of them attempted to assist me the way she did. She told me about accessone to look at my transactions no one else did. She offered to send copies of transactions to chargeback for me no one else did. She listened to me and could see how a Mark Green or pretender has charged over $300 in food on the clover app picked it up and then dispute the charge. I can’t control internet purchases. He is now known to my staff And is no longer welcome in my business. I’ve paused the clover app and will probably lose more legitimate customer as well which I hate. But I can’t let him continue to scam me in this way. You are blessed to have Frida on your team.

I'm not giving a testimonial about the "company", although they do a good job also. My testimonial is for Kat who is in the customer service department. We are located in Iowa and had some major phone & internet services problems yesterday. My batch report for the 30th was not the same as what I had. I'm old.....like technology even less than I like writing this testimonial, but Kat deserves it. She was so very, very helpful and patient and so appreciated. I was unable to go into Clover on the internet (usually get frustrated when I have to go into the website or whatever you call it) and so she went about getting me the information another way. She truly deserves some kind of recognition for her attitude and helpfulness!! (Hint: A raise or a bonus)

Had trouble accessing online Gateway Virtual Terminal account and called a ph# on the website that left me confused and worried something was wrong with our account. So I called the ph# on our Merchant Services statement. Kat eased the concern and took the time to find a way to help. She set us up with the updated online account and walked me through the new process. Kat is very patient and willing to investigate when needed. Wish all customer service reps put in this kind of effort.

Adie is the only p-0erson that's actually HELPED me. Ever since my card swiper quit working , as the tech told me it had after sttempting several fixes, he said I'd need to replace it, but he could not help me do it. Fter that I went through 2-3 weeks of calling various numbers, emailing etc trying just to replace my little square card reader but I was hung up on, given numbers to call that wer n't working, or got the voice-0mail only to be told the voice mail was full or not working and several times when someone said "please hold, I'll get that information. then while on hold I'd GET HUNG UP ON. and no-one ever called me ba

I have had major issues this past week updating banking information with a new account and system switch with clover. It took days and multiple phone calls with 10+ people and re-routed phone calls to get the response I needed. I was thankful that I finally crossed paths with and was helped by Yasnile A. She was able to think critically and gather the information she needed to help me. She went above and beyond to follow up with me and get her management team involved to start to help to solve the issues I am currently having. Berenice was top notch. She made a potentially frustrating call into a breeze. It was potentially frustrating because I thought she would have to put me through to Clover Technical support. No offense, the are beyond awful to deal with. I am still waiting for a new system and it must be over 2 weeks. If I don't get something in the next day or two, my business could be shut down because we are now having issues with our other station. Berenice is handling everything and after I asked that I not speak with technical support, she never even mentioned it again and listened to all my issues and is now in the process of handling it all.
