5 My son said he would have hung up on me and quit his job in that situation—and I would have to agree. That’s why I was so impressed with Leslee. We did not get off to the best start, mostly because I did not like the message she had to deliver, but she remained completely professional throughout our interaction. At first, I thought she was just giving me lip service, only to realize she was actually doing exactly what I had requested—and she ended up saving the day. She identified the issue and called me back when she could not resolve it as quickly as she had hoped, keeping me informed instead of leaving me wondering what was going on. In my opinion, she should be promoted. What impressed me most was that instead of having an attitude about tracking down the problem, she sounded genuinely happy and excited when she figured it out. She had as much joy in her voice as I did, and that kind of attitude is rare and invaluable in customer service. Thank you for hiring her.
