1 Customer service only want me to extend contract term to get a new machine....my lease term cannot extend to match SBGA's term. If I only use this machine for one year you should just change a new machine instead of have me pay for a lot extra for this low quality machine. He even lazy to explain in email showing the new contract will extend one more year to replace mini. When I ask mini serials number, he just send me the testimonial email....he probably doesn't like this job
