    1 It took a week to get the tech staff to figure out all the different problems we were having. From, they messed up our table arrangements, prices for all items were wrong, the waitresses shift reports didn’t show their bar sales, they still haven’t fixed the problem of the computer not letting us put in tips at the end of the night with charge cards. I would not recommend this company. Not all of the techs know how to fix things. It took we three or four phone calls to get my answers answered. Very frustrating not only with me but my staff trying to use the system.
