4 My customer rep Samantha was great. My recommendation of receiving my monthly statements via email to save on paper, space, ink, etc was rejected as she stated we do not have the platform capability to offer our clients this type of service. I find that hard to believe a large regional credit card processing company doesn't have the capability. I am asking that you look into implementing paperless monthly statements. The amount of money you will save is huge in the long run (ink, paper, envelopes, postage, etc).

My recommendation of receiving my monthly statements via email to save on paper, space, ink, etc was rejected as she stated we do not have the platform capability to offer our clients this type of service. I was told we needed to download an app and subscribe to it to make that happen, something that seems unreasonable. You mean to tell me clover can do just about anything else, besides that? No way.
