2 Ever since we switch from Square POS to Clover. We have had nothing but problems. There are always technical issues with the software, customer service takes a bit to call you back, but they do usually with in 2hrs. Doing refunds for a customer is a process and take a ridiculous amount of time. Taking credit cards manually sometimes goes down, and Gift cards too. But i will say this, when it works, it works great.

Ever since we switch from Square POS to Clover. We have had nothing but problems. There are always technical issues with the software, customer service takes a bit to call you back, but they do usually with in 2hrs. Kat fully understood my problem, explained clearly the proper course to resolve the issue, then followed through even though it took a couple of days.
