5 I'm rating the customer service person I spoke with, Shawny. She was amazing! She took care of everything I needed today quickly and efficiently. I had tried myself to close these accounts. Our new credit card merchant said she had tried to close them. I'm not sure if she did or not. She's disappeared. We've had really bad luck with merchant service accounts but I have to say, Shawny recognized my frustration and did everything necessary to get this done. She was a pleasure!

I'm rating the customer service person I spoke with, Shawny. She was amazing! She took care of everything I needed today quickly and efficiently. I had tried myself to close these accounts. 5 Got to tell you, I have been in business well over 50 years and have never had such a pleasurable conversation that can match Shawny. Extremely articulate, direct, knowledgeable, and above all professional. I am absolutely at a loss for words to adequately express my evaluation of her performance. Somebody the quality of Shawny will totally catch a person off-guard. In today's world, you generally get accents and incompetency (to some degree). When you get somebody on the other end of the phone that truly excels at every aspect of addressing your needs and resolving your issues.........WOW.......it doesn't occur very often. I could go on.....I will not. Needless to say, Shawny's a true Winner and she's the reason I will continue my business relationship with Merchant Services. I had a lot of concerns prior to my call.......they have been promptly addressed and professionally resolved. Thank you for having the insight, judgment, and wisdom to employ such a quality person.
