1 I scheduled an appointment yesterday with Ali at 9:30AM so I could change bank accounts on my credit card processing. She did not call me as scheduled. I set up another appointment. Hopefully she will call me then but it is difficult for me to stay in the office as I have customer issues to deal with. Diane McKay

I scheduled an appointment yesterday with Ali at 9:30AM so I could change bank accounts on my credit card processing. She did not call me as scheduled. I set up another appointment. 5 I can't say enough good about our customer service experience with SBGA. Anytime I call, the representatives have always been kind, courteous and helpful to get any issue resolved. Today, I had an issue with getting logged into our business track account to look at our most recent credit card statement. I called SBGA and spoke with Debbie. She was absolutely amazing! Instead of just giving me a phone number to call to get the issue resolved, she offered to stay on the line with me and call business track together. She stayed on the phone with me until I was sure that everything had been resolved. Not only has SBGA saved us money with their low credit card fees, but they have great customer service which is what we pride our business on. We will definitely be a longtime customer with SBGA and continue to recommend their services to other small businesses like ours.
