5 We are an Accounting firm with never enough time or employees to do the work. Recently we took on a new client because the current accountant was retiring. She was a good bookkeeper but took too much time with a few of the tasks like bank reconciliations. There was not a great deal of turnover time but when we asked about Merchantant Services reports we were told that it was not important. Today, we called and spoke to Shawny M. And she delivered! Shawny signed us up, gave us detailed procedures for finding the reports and then exporting. All with a bad phone connection. After no more than 30 minutes, we thanked her and then got to work. It only took us a few minutes to fine the three reports, export, & print. Then, we completed the reconciliation in under 10 minutes. I may actually look at switching my own Merchant service account to your company! Thank You, Shawny.
