5 Heather was excellent in explaining why my account was closed and how I ended up in collections. i didn't understand that whole process until today. I moved my business and didnot use the merchant services for 2 mths. I wasn't aware the account would be closed. I wish they had informed me that would happen. I only learned about the closure TODAY.
