5 McKenzie has been great at getting back to me in a timely fashion and for 'lighting a fire' under Issac on some issues that have been ignored for way to long. She helped me resolve issues by going to supervisors and following up. I appreciate her.

4 Kat was very curtious! However I a new to your company procedures. It takes a lot longer to receive monies we should have gotten at the time of the transaction. The former company would take my info and give me a investigation number and usually get the money within 1 to 2 weeks. I'm not happy with 25 or more days! But your personal have all be very patient and professional.
