2 While i am happy with the rates and the hardware, we had a major misunderstanding on the gift card program. I had one that worked great before and am unable to implement one on the new service. Not happy about that because i discussed this with the sales department during the negotiations to move my account. I am simply going to have to print my own gift cards out side the system.
