1 Andrew was respectful, but did not help me at all with the issue I have. I am very mad at your company because I have a four year contract and I have been paying monthly for the past two years, and I am stuck with a device that does not work properly. All he did was offered me to buy a new one......why do I have to buy a new one if I am making monthly payments, the company should be responsible for the device, that is the reason they are charging a fee
