5 I have been with SBGA for a number of years and I am happy to say that we get excellent service from our representative, Jeremy Roemer. I rely heavily on our rep, I am a person who doesn't want to work with whomever answers the phone, I appreciate being able to have 1 person who will always get the job done. Jeremy is our guy! I have gotten to speak with some support staff along the way, and can say Kat & Shawnee (sp?) also did a fantastic job of rectifying some errors.
