    5 I have to say that almost every time I have an issue or don't understand something Merchant Services Customer Service reps are very friendly & helpful. This last issue I had I spoke with Carter. Carter not only helped me with what I had called about but also help with another issue that I knew nothing about. Over & above, that is great customer service. Thank You Carter.

    5 I switched from another cc processor to SBGA in July. I struggled for 4 months to get our credit card batches to fund in a reasonable amount of time. i spoke with numerous people to figure out why they were getting hung up. I happened to talk with Kat 10 days ago, and had great results. She was finally able to track down the processing glitch, and now our batches are funded in 1 - 2 days. She even called to follow up and make sure everything was working smoothly. (extra points)
