    5 I couldn't get a hold of my sales rep for a buyback on my machine. So when I called customer services I got a hold of Marc M. who was extremely helpful. He followed through with my concerns and called me back personally to let me know the issue has been resolved. I wish there were more people like Marc in customer service. He is AWESOME!

    5 Juan was very professional and matched the rates or beat the rates from another vendor who was trying to earn my business. Normally I would not put up with another vendor keeping my current vendor honest, but my personal rep is no longer with the company so I can overlook that.
