2I automatically get charged on the 2nd or 3rd of every month for the prior months merchant services. My issue is that when it is higher than expected or I have a question, I have to wait several days to get the statement in the mail. For October, we were inadvertantly charged over $72 too much for a monthly service we do not use/have. There was also a $29.95 fee for PCI non validation which I do not recall ever being told about and how I could have avoided it (by doing a survey????). I asked if I could look at my charges/statements online (like I had w/Harbortouch and Elavon for my 2 businesses) and was told it would be an additional $8+ per month for that service. What???? I am very surprised by this, most all companies offer and encourage paper-less invoices now and also offer instant access to the account. It would have saved your representative about 20 mins on the phone today, and saved my time as well. I was told I would be getting a credit of $72 for our business and another $42 credit for our other account, in the next few days. It seems very counterproductive and unprofessional to be overcharged, then supposedly get a credit back yet not have any communication about how or why it happened or would be corrected (until I called). I only hope I would have gotten the credit anyway, and it did not result from the fact that I questioned it. With both Harbortouch and Elavon, I could go in at any time and see or verify that a customer card did in fact get processed if we had a hiccup with the machine etc, or i could pull up any and all monthly statements and print them. Yes, Harbortouch was charging me a little more for monthly fees etc than you are, and that was part of the reason we changed providers. But that was not the case with Elavon. I was told by the sales rep he could not beat our Elavon rates, only could match them. And by the way, Elavon NEVER charged me for any additional annual fees or pci validation or anything, over the 5 yrs we used them. Their charges always made sense, in 5 yrs I never once had to question anything with them.

4Kat,the customer service rep that helped me yesterday was definetly a 5 star employee. My sales person,on the other hand was horrible and made my transition awful! She did nothing at all and would not train,help or do anything she was supposed to. We lost money and had to train and learn on our own with the whole clover system. Lost a good customer of years because of it also. She would not even work with my ins. company to provide info on loss payee.

I soon realized that Ryan and John were committed to making things work and they were doing there best. I really appreciated there efforts. It took about 90 minutes to complete the download/install process, which is a bit long but at least the process was a success. In addition I would like to mention that Panna, our rep is awesome! She is always very helpful when we have questions or concerns. She gets back to us right away and we trust her fully, which is quite uncommon in todays world. Without Panna and the amazing service we receive it would be easy for us to consider the other merchant companies who are constantly calling and emailing wanting our business. It's actually quite annoying how often we are approached with promises of better rates and service. I'm always pleased to tell them that we are quite happy with where we are. Keep up the great work.
