5 Berenice was top notch. She made a potentially frustrating call into a breeze. It was potentially frustrating because I thought she would have to put me through to Clover Technical support. No offense, the are beyond awful to deal with. I am still waiting for a new system and it must be over 2 weeks. If I don't get something in the next day or two, my business could be shut down because we are now having issues with our other station. Berenice is handling everything and after I asked that I not speak with technical support, she never even mentioned it again and listened to all my issues and is now in the process of handling it all.
