5 John and Renault were exceptional in setting up my system. John was very flexible with his time schedule. We didn't get the equipment until late and I called him as soon as it was charged up and he was able to help me at that time.

5 Je Taun was very patient and was able to help take the info that I had and decipher our billings which had 3 different groups of figures that did not reconcile. When we updated our equipment, 2 separate accounts were created and she was able to get them together for one billing and one set of paperwork, I hope. I was getting frustrated with our rep, but Je Taun again was able to patiently solve our problems.
