4 The system works extremely well and we are very satisfied. When there was a hold on our deposit, I called customer service. It was a challenge to get the information I needed but was finally resolved at my insistence. To tell me the threshold for our account was raised but not to what put me in an awkward situation. Our account had a flag on it for one of the transactions and money wasn't transferred to our bank promptly. The customer service rep found out about the flay and said the threshold was raised but not how much. I insisted on knowing how much and I did get it, a bit of a hassle. Not sure how I was supposed to know about limits on cards as this seemed to be new.

3 I called your company today as we just received new systems last week from them. After MANY phone calls with Clover over the weekend regarding our deposits not processing to our bank account they finally told me today I needed to contact your company. The ladies I spoke with were very nice; however, the issue was not resolved in my opinion. Our funds from Friday were never processed all because we did a refund for $11 and funds from the rest of the weekend will not process until Tuesday even though I was assured when switching to you that they would process next day. We are a small family owned business and it is very important to receive the funds when we are told we will. Since funds did not process as they were supposed to (mainly because of an $11 refund for salads) I am now unable to pay my rent on time and am facing eviction. So although your staff was pleasant and seemed like they were trying my issue was not resolved.
