4 Kat was great in helping me although I got the run around from everyone else. I never got a real answer to the problem, but Kat was understanding and gave me the information to reach out to those that should have been able to help me. She encouraged me to keep trying when I someway got transferred back to her without any one helping. Thanks Kat for your understanding my frustration.
