5 I recently sold my business to some fine gentlemen and was hoping that they'd continue on with SBGA and all the benefits that followed. They had told me that they felt they could find a better deal than what I was receiving and told me to go ahead and cancel the service...they were going with BOFA. I put that ball into motion about two weeks ago only for them to contact me today and request that I not cancel the service and that they wanted to pick-up where I had left off. I guess the grass wasn't greener on the other side. I called Heather in Customer Service and explained my situation to her and she got on my problem right away. I had been watching my bank account the past few weeks waiting for the early termination fee of $495.00 to hit my account but it hadn't yet. She made arrangements with me to send the new owners the documentation needed for them to open their account AND told me if the new owners could submit the paperwork within the next two weeks, and they qualified, I would not be charged an early termination fee. Now that is Customer Service. I felt as though she really went to bat for me and took care of me. She was very professional and courteous (things you don't see or hear nowadays) and extremely helpful. I cannot say enough about her serviceability. I will not hesitate to let other business owners I know the fine quality product and service I had received.

I recently sold my business to some fine gentlemen and was hoping that they'd continue on with SBGA and all the benefits that followed.
