2 I was on the phone for an hour, pushed back and forth between departments, just to be told that the "supposed" second account didn't exist AND no one could help me get my processor back on line. FINALLY, after multiple phone calls, a very nice woman helped me get back on line. I felt like a volley ball and you really should simplify some of your verification procedures and some more C.S. training might be useful.

I was on the phone for an hour, pushed back and forth between departments, just to be told that the "supposed" second account didn't exist AND no one could help me get my processor back on line. FINALLY, after multiple phone calls, a very nice woman helped me get back on line. I felt like a volley ball and you really should simplify some of your verification procedures and some more C.S. training might be useful.

2 I ususally have a great experience but this last time I did not. Had an employee who change $2.20 instead of $23.20 to a customer. Neeeded help to recover the other $21. The frist people i talked to was not very friendly and made me feel like I was just wanting to charge this lady $21 more on her credit card. Your representative did fax me the form to fill out, have signed and send back which I did within an hour. Three days later I had not hear anything, Got to thinking I had not copied the copies of the batch or credit card receipt so I resend this with the form and cover letter. After another week I called and talked to another representative who was great and was going to give me the information I needed, But I thanked her and did not take it since I would not charge someone's credit card almost two weeks later when the person was most likely a traveler. I was told they could not find either fax which I faxed back to the number on the form and cover letter. Any way I am not happy with the frist rep.and if I ever have a problem and she answers the phone will ask for another person.
