3 My testimonial is not necessarily for the company as I seem to get transferred about 3 times before I actually get anyone that can help. My praise is for Hailey H. I've talked to her on several occasions and she is top notch, by far the best in customer service. She has always gone above and beyond to help and I appreciate her willingness and kindness. In the future, I will just ask for her directly.

1 I was given an appointment Friday during lunch to change credit card rates for our restaurant. I could not confirm with an employee that this happened and I got no confirmation from the company. I called SBGA to see if the change happened and it did not. They again assigned me a time when they could change it, not a convenient time for me but this is important for the business so I will stay outside of my scheduled hours to get it done. Also when told the times, told in Western (California) time not in my time (Central Time) leading to more confusion.
