5 Heather was amazing! She really took the time to help me understand our account, statement and all of the intricacies. Unfortunately, I didn't have a very pleasant experience when I called in yesterday and spoke with Joanne. I had felt pushed off by her and I never received the email she was supposed to send me. However, Heather turned all that around for me. This girl is a gem!
