4 I have been basically satisfied with the company. However, with my deposits were getting delayed longer and longer I contacted your company to remedy. Joanna stayed with me during a conference call with Gateway and took it upon herself to dig further into the situation with your company to get my question answered. She contacted me two days later to discuss the outcome. It will take another day for the process to set but so far so good. I expect good things. Thank you.
