She is knowledgable, helpful, kind and honestly, if we could have gotten the rates down to what we are getting them for now, she would have been a great reason to stay with your company. In addition, we had no problems with your company the entire time we did business with you. It really ust came down to the rates.

2 Heather with Customer service was easy to work with and helpful. I am NOT happy with the how a large transaction was handle. I figured they would want to verify this with me. I batched the charge on Friday, I never saw it deposit into my bank account or heard from them. I finally reached out to SBGA on Wednesday because they not only had not verified or deposit the large sum but also hold the balance of transition from that same day. Holding all the transaction delayed me from submitting statements to our customers because I could not enter their payments until the credit cards transitions were deposited in our bank account. I emailed the supervisor, Albert all the information they needed to verify this charged and asked him to reach out to me regarding the balance of the transactions from that day....never heard from him. That was a lot of money we had to wait for to be deposited in our bank account. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
