5 I called because a large deposit had not hit our account and we were wondering why. When I called, it was explained that due to the large amount of the charge, it needed to be verified with the customer. Once that was done, the money would be deposited. I appreciate the explanation but wonder why we didn't receive an email telling us this needed to happen.
