    5 I was so 'off' with this entire PCI compliance thing, as I didn't even know I had to do this. It seemed so overwhelming and I felt why am I to do this and not the company? I called 2 times with questions about this. I also called today, ready to be annoyed, and what do you know, the rep that helped me today made it so easy! She also saved me what I thought would be a very long phone call. Thank you to whomever I spoke with today!

    4 We loved the Clover machine at first, but as time went on it seemed to be very sensitive to being moved, and we lacked the ability for people to sign on the screen. We loved the initial support at set-up,, but later found the lease and other miscellaneous fees to be too high for what we were getting.
