5 Once I got to the right person they were very helpful. the first person I talked to talked to fast and there was a lot of static on the phone and I could not understand them. She transferred me and that didn't work because the technical support was not the area it need on this line. I hung up and called back and got someone i could talked to and they helped me quickly and efficiently.
