5 I had been calling these numbers asking for help to be walked thru the PCI Compliance but kept being switched over to another department 844-864-5449, 949-861-4000, 800-889-7242 . I was terribly frustrated for waiting so long and being transferred and I vented on Joanne cause she was asking the same questions and I felt I would be transferred again. Joanne was a great help and will send the information so that both my husband and I can be helped your a representative. I am now certified much thanks to Joanne honestly could not have passed without being walked through the process.
