4 I appreciate the help I received from customer service. She listened to my questions and together we were able to see the problem. I am still not sure why the issue I experience happened, but it was corrected the following transaction day reflecting in the money sent to our bank account. Thank you for the help.

She was amazing and was able to assist with many of my questions which have either not been answered or answered incorrectly in the past. She is extremely knowledgeable and patiently researched answers to my questions. She is definitely an SBGA asset.

5 My customer service today was excellent! She was so patient with me when I seemed to be getting frustrated. I wasn't frustrated with her, I was with me though, not understanding everything. But she walked me through it very calmly which is what I needed. I was thankful she was there and I had put off calling for a month because I didn't want to deal with it. But it was simple and hopefully I will not need to call for a while.
