3 I called customer service regarding the account statement I received in the mail two weeks after the close of the month. The representative stated that I cannot access it online and if I want it emailed I would need to call the first week of every month. For a company who is trying to help small business, I need paperless access to these reports as soon as possible. If local banks can have digital statements automatically emailed to me on the 2nd of the month, your company should be able to provide a similar service.

I called customer service regarding the account statement I received in the mail two weeks after the close of the month.
