2 I spent 5 minutes on the phone with the automated system before a live person finally answered. Only then to be transferred elsewhere. Frustrated that I have to call each month and have my password reset. I was told the account goes inactive after a month of not logging on. Can this be set to longer?

I spent 5 minutes on the phone with the automated system before a live person finally answered. Only then to be transferred elsewhere.
