4 Merchant Services automated batch review routinely "hangs" my batches and I have not been able to find the person who is able to stop the problem. Each time it occurs, it costs me a couple hours of time to get the batch released. The Customer Reps are always amazing but are not able to fix the problem for the future. Eventually I will become irritated enough that I'll change processing companies.

Merchant Services automated batch review routinely "hangs" my batches and I have not been able to find the person who is able to stop the problem. 5 I called to get complete credit card information for 2 transactions that customers were not charged correctly for items purchased. Kat took the information for the Cardholder Data Request and accurately summarized the reasons and amounts. I received the form from Kat immediately and returned the form via e-mail with the supporting documentation. I received the credit card information 10 days later and processed the corrected amounts. The process was very easy and went smoothly. Thanks for your help in these matters.
