3 Customer service with Heather was terrific. The fees though including the policy where cancellation of the account after the contract expires still required me to pay the annual fee without proration is not acceptable. I currently have another merchant services account that I will be seeking to place with another vendor without that restriction. I was charged $138 in fees on May 31, for that particular account I only had $135 in charges, so in effect I lost $3 + for having this account. The 3 year contract was up in May, I cancelled this account on June 12, still had to pay a $59.00 (annual fee). It seems like it is an unnecessary money grab by Merchant Services.
