    1 For over a year and a half, I have contacted Merchant by phone, email and fax to get a problem corrected. Not until Tiffany, did I have someone who finally listened to me and helped me to get the problem solved. I bet I have talked to 8 to 10 different people with Merchant. I also keep my records. I can name names. But I won't. Thanks to Tiffany. You need more associates like Tiffany. Thanks for giving me a way to connect to you again to if I have another problem to arise Tiffany!
