5 Heather has continually given me very knowledgable and positive customer support. She has gone out of her way to make sure that I was aware of open batches on 2 different occasions, concerned that I may not have completely understood the process. She gave me the option to set up auto batches, and I allowed her to do so. Heather has great customer service skills and is a pleasure to do business with. Thank you Heather!

3 SBGA Company was very eager to get my new credit card processor up and running, So eager I was contacted several days before the new processor arrived. Once it was here, The first thing I noticed that it wasn't loaded with the proper owner name and already had a passcode set to the other owner name. This small glitch didn't effect the operation and the merchant ID# was correct. Once SBGA was notified, they contacted me and all was sorted out rather quickly.
