1 We were sold a product which wasn't effective for our business. Our lives have been nothing but stressful since we started with this company. I waited on the phone for 20 minutes with an unusual amount of verification only to reach a service rep who did not speak fluent English so it was difficult to get a solution. Although we have reached out endlessly for solutions no one at the company seems to care since we signed the contract. I would recommend doing your research because this company will tell you anything to get you signed and then disappear when things go wrong. They get ZERO stars!
