    5 Kat was amazing! I called in very frustrated and she fixed all the issues. I needed a 1099, log in, statements etc. No One has been able to resolve this on and off issue for 2 years... but Kat did and all with poise, patience and a true sense of empathy and knowledge! She is a real Gem and I will be calling in to speak directly with her if I ever need assistance again! AMAZING!

    5 I had an issue with multiple items showing up in single lines, x how many I charged on the receipt. They fixed this issue so future customers won’t have a receipt a mile long. It was a 5 minute fix from start of the call. Well done!
