1We have our credit card machine through your company, and the last month our office has not been able to use the machine. We have called the number that was given to our office, but the customer service rep we spoke to directed us to another department who stated they were unable to help us. We have been sent a whole new credit card machine to see if that would solve the problem. It worked for a couple hours then it stopped working. Our office called the customer service department again to inform them that our system was not working. Your company was supposed to send a new cord via overnight shipping, in which we didn't receive it until a week later due to a communication error. I tried plugging the new cord in, now the machine doesn't even turn on (it doesn't even light up with a battery showing it is charging)! I called this morning the customer service number that was given, when I reached someone the rep then directed me to another department along with giving me yet another number to call.
I am twenty phone calls, five different phone numbers and fifteen unhelpful representatives deep into this problem and still no working credit card machine!

3The phone call was helpful in a way that I thought everything was going to be fixed. The problem I am having is we still don't have our money in our account and now we are getting checks that are bouncing and we are getting overdraft fees and return check fees.
