5 I called SBGA today, Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at 12:02 and spoke with Kat. The issue was the name on the statements did not match the names on the website. It was a bit confusing, absolutely no fault of Kat. Kat explained they would have to contact Jeremy Roemer to confirm some info and would call me back. Within the hour Kat called me back and we confirmed the info. Kat was quite pleasant during this time. Thank you Kat. Keep up the great job.
