5 After being frustrated with Clover tech and Clover customer support. Micheal Carro referred me to Joanna. She was able to get me to a Clover tech ,whom after a week of stress, was able to easily explain to me what was wrong and how to fix it. After that Joanna once again helped me with transactions that did and did not take place after the pin pad was working again. Thanks
