2 3 emails and 10 days and no response from Joanna G, I called again on 2/14/19. This time I spoke to MacKenzie K. who assisted me with the task I needed to complete per SBGA guidelines. If I had gotten Mackenzie the first time, more stars would have been given. Overall my experience with reps from Clover and SBGA aren't great and the interaction with Clover mandates this rating, not just SBGA. From the beginning of the process to date, it has been difficult in getting a quick response from either company. If it wasn't for the fact that Dr. Kohtz is getting a significant reduction in % per credit card transaction, we would have kept the old equipment and sent back the Clover device. At this point I would not recommend Clover to anyone else. Back to Mackenzie K. - she was very professional and helpful and aware of my overall agitation with which she de-escalated with humor and professionalism. She receives Five Stars.

1 I am a Small business owner and after I was sold on all they would do they didn't , sales person Michael Carro set it up and left and has never came back . He said he would come and do my PCI never did and to find out that they had been changing every month I finally did it myself . Then looking at my banking and not seeing what they are charging me for a BMP and app marketing also . I would never recommend your company to anyone . I will be writing a review online with the BBB.
