    1 Very dissatisfied with getting answers from SBGA. This morning it took me 3 calls to SBGA and 2 calls to the bank to finally find out, after 90 minutes of my time, the answer to my question. And this has also been my experience in the past when calling into to inquire about an issue.

    Very dissatisfied with getting answers from SBGA. This morning it took me 3 calls to SBGA and 2 calls to the bank to finally find out, after 90 minutes of my time, the answer to my question. And this has also been my experience in the past when calling into to inquire about an issue.

    3 Andrew is an awesome customer service representative. He met and exceeded my expectations. Although I would like to take this opportunity to address your business practices. You really need to try and contact your customer regarding balances due before sending them to a 3rd party collections agency. I believe one final letter or statement warning that if a balance is not paid then collections is in order. We were set up for automatic payments deducted from our bank, so how we were sent to collections is beyond me. The amount in question was from August, and the September statement did mention a past due balance. Only the fees that were deducted from our account. We were only made aware of a past due balance when we received an unprofessional phone call from your 3rd party collections agency who threatened legal action right off the bat.

    5 I had not received a monthly statement since switching over. I had called two times and spoke to two different people. Both said they would get the statements out to me. Nothing came. Today I spoke to Andrew and he actually stayed on the line with me, until my statements came by email. Thank you.
