2 We are seeking explanation and refund of charges related to a wireless app we didn't sign up for. Our first call (last week) we were told we would see a refund within 48 hours. This call, after being transferred 3 times, we were put on hold so the agent could check on why we still haven't seen our refund. But instead of being placed on hold, we were hung up on. Really frustrated and still no answers.
