5I'm not giving a testimonial about the "company", although they do a good job also. My testimonial is for Kat who is in the customer service department. We are located in Iowa and had some major phone & internet services problems yesterday. My batch report for the 30th was not the same as what I had. I'm old.....like technology even less than I like writing this testimonial, but Kat deserves it. She was so very, very helpful and patient and so appreciated. I was unable to go into Clover on the internet (usually get frustrated when I have to go into the website or whatever you call it) and so she went about getting me the information another way. She truly deserves some kind of recognition for her attitude and helpfulness!! (Hint: A raise or a bonus)
