5 Had trouble accessing online Gateway Virtual Terminal account and called a ph# on the website that left me confused and worried something was wrong with our account. So I called the ph# on our Merchant Services statement. Kat eased the concern and took the time to find a way to help. She set us up with the updated online account and walked me through the new process. Kat is very patient and willing to investigate when needed. Wish all customer service reps put in this kind of effort.

Had trouble accessing online Gateway Virtual Terminal account and called a ph# on the website that left me confused and worried something was wrong with our account. So I called the ph# on our Merchant Services statement. Kat eased the concern and took the time to find a way to help. 1 Adie is the only p-0erson that's actually HELPED me. Ever since my card swiper quit working , as the tech told me it had after sttempting several fixes, he said I'd need to replace it, but he could not help me do it. Fter that I went through 2-3 weeks of calling various numbers, emailing etc trying just to replace my little square card reader but I was hung up on, given numbers to call that wer n't working, or got the voice-0mail only to be told the voice mail was full or not working and several times when someone said "please hold, I'll get that information. then while on hold I'd GET HUNG UP ON. and no-one ever called me ba

Also I do not think you should charge so much for the terminal. I pay high rates with you guys and feel like you are really not appreciative of my business
