5 I am giving 5 stars to customer service agent Kat L. because when I spoke with her, I had already been on the phone for 20 minutes trying to connect with someone for technical help. My first phone call, I was transferred and obviously transferred to the wrong number because they were not able to pull up our account at all. I ended up hanging up and calling again. I asked Kat to help me and I explained what happened. She ended up waiting a while to get in touch with someone so she called me back after she did and said they reset my login. all was good. I applaud Kat for seeing the issue through and not transferring me on.
