    3 After two emails where Reuben promised to have some one call me from set up, he finally told me to call the help line at his office. They kept me on hold for some time while they figured out what to do. After they finally connected us to the folks at Clover support, the young lady talked us through it very quickly. Things were up and running in about 5 minutes or less.

    4 There is obviously a communication issue. Kat is an enjoyable person and makes calling in with an issue comfortable. She allows me to be myself. Even if this is business we don't have to be stuffy about it. People need to get a sense of humor. She doesn't just brush the problem off she gets to the bottom of it. I hope that I get her every time I do need help!
